Just In Case
Found this in my stash, just in case I don’t have enough yarn for my Lila Shawl. I think it will complement nicely if needed. Might make a lovely edging at the very least.
3,510 Stitches
I chose a lace wrap pattern called “Lila” from Ravelry for my gift yarn. This is what 3,510 stitches looks like. This may take a while, but it is that much longer I will get to fondle my beautiful yarn.
A Gift of Yarn
A very dear friend brought me this beautiful yarn after she took a trip to Austin, Texas. It is cashmere and is begging me to make it into lace, so the pattern search is on!

Only had to take back three rows. Yay!!

Aaackkk.. broken strand of yarn on the edge of a beloved hand knit sweater! I am threading a cable through the stitches in hope that I can unravel a row or two and refinish the edge.
